He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Heriberto Cardoso and Maria Prado Cardoso; his son Heriberto "Eddie" Cardoso, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Natalie Claudio; his grandchildren, Nephtale and Ellie-Bella Cardoso; and his siblings, Humberto, Reyna, Alicia, Ana, Hilda, Rosario, Gloria and Margarita Cardoso.
