He was predeceased by: his wife Ramona Collado (Rosario); his parents, Lidia Collado (Ortega) and Dimas Collado; his son Rafael Collado; and his siblings, Rafael Collado, Ana Mercedes Collado, Elida Leyton and Rosa Collado.
He is survived by: his children, Yleana Novo, Damayra Alvarez, Gabriel Collado, Yasmin Collado, Hendy Collado and Medy "Jacklyn" Collado; and his siblings, Jose Collado, Maria Torres, Ana Vargas, Luz Perez, Maria Collado, Eulalia Mongelli and Sonia Tatis. He is also survived by his 22 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home (419 Barclay St, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima RC Church (380 Smith St, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861). A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the Alpine Cemetery (703 Amboy Ave, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861).
