He was predeceased by: his parents, Arcelino Lopes and Victoria Alice Lopes; and his son Miguel David Lopes. He is survived by: his wife Laura Rainha David Lopes; his children, Mario David Lopes (Linda Maia Lopes) of Freehold and Michelle David Lopes of Perth Amboy; his grandchildren, Michael, Kayla, Rebecca, Joshua and Scarlett; and his brother Antonio Lopes of Perth Amboy.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Flynn and Son Funeral Home (424 East Ave, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 9:45 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fatima Catholic Church (188 Wayne St, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 11:15 AM to 11:46 AM at the St. James Cemetery.
