He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Anders and William Anders; and his sisters, Kathleen, Virginia and Norma.
He is survived by: his significant other Debbie Gessler; his children, Jacki Griffith, David (Adriana), Janice Vitcavich (Bruce), Susan Gessler and Jennifer Sokalski (Randy); his daughter-in-law Donna Anderson; his sons, George Anderson (Jamie) and Vinny Anderson (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Lauren, Anna, Connor Griffith, Jordan, Jared, Giuliana Anders, Noah Anderson (Nikki), Joelle, Caleb, Ailey Anderson, Kelly Prestano (John), Michael Vitcavich (Maggie Mowbray), Craig, Megan Anderson, Stephen Lijoi and John Sokalski; and his great grandchild Asher John Prestano.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Pequannock Little League or American Cancer Society.
