He was predeceased by: his wife Alma Lee Healy; and his sons, Maurice, Joe, John (Julie), Gerard, Pacific Campaign and Marine Division.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas (Karen), Mary Western (Jim), Brian (Marcy), Jim (Laurie), Chris (Jessica) and Regina Benson (Ernie); and his grandchildren, James Western, Kristen Lazard, Samantha Kowalak, Sean Healy, Nicolas Goldreich, Nicole Hayes, Kaitlyn Benson, Patrick Healy, Ernie Benson Jr., Zen Rounds, Jack Healy, Ryan Healy and Christopher Healy Jr.. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
