She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Puyt and Catherine De Puyt (Brown); and her child Nanci. She is survived by: her husband Donald S. Collins Sr.; and her children, Linda, Donald Jr., Stephen, Jeffrey, Michael, Noreen, Peggy and Jonathan. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and her first great great grandchild.
