He is survived by: his wife Joan; his siblings, William (Peggy), Jack (Bonnie) and Janet; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews as well as his great nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the M. John Scanlan Funeral Home (781 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Reformed Church Cemetery (529 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444).
