She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Duffy and Eleanor Duffy; and her siblings, Thomas, Pat, Eleanor and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Wittek; her children, Ann Scrudato (Robert), John Wittek (Maria), Steven Wittek (Sue Griffin) and Tom Wittek (Dawn); and her sister Jean Murphy. She is also survived by three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
