He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jaworski and Sophie Jaworski; his wife Stella; and his son-in-law Michael A. Bellavia. He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Spangler and Nadine Bellavia; and his grandchildren, Michael A. Bellavia, Jr. and Antonia Bellavia.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Frederick's memory can be made to Korean War Veterans Association.
