He is survived by: his wife Anita; his children, Russell (Lorraine), Heidi and Karen; his grandchildren, Amanda, Tracey, Kathryn, Sarah, Tucker and Sophie; his siblings, John (Elizabeth) and Eileen Vander Have (Ken); and his sister-in-law Jane.
