He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Foley and Mildred Cobb Foley; his wife Judith (Campbell); his sons, Kevin C. (Kelly) and Ben (Kristine); his grandchildren, Maverick, Saoirse and Hudson; his siblings, Elizabeth Werner (Steve), Christopher Foley (Janet) and Louise Foley; his sister-in-law Michele Foley; and his siblings, Patricia and Michael.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 75 S Broad St, Penns Grove, NJ 08070. A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested that donations in Kevin's memory be made to Sharptown Church, 46 Auburn Rd., Woodstown, NJ 08098.
