He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira George and Agnes Schrawer George. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy George; his granddaughter Heather Walker; and his stepson Clyde Land, III.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lawnside Cemetery (1017 US-40, Pilesgrove, NJ 08098).
