He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett W. Brown Sr. and Helen B. Brown (Farstad); and his wife Jo Ann Brown (Simmerman). He is survived by: his grandson Jesse A Rafine; his daughters, Jennifer L. Brown and Lisa A.; his son-in-law Daniel Ramsey; and his siblings, Helen B. Cheeseman, Susan L. Dolan, Stephen R. (Carmela) and Raymond T. Brown. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
