He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Mayhew and Rebecca Mayhew; his sister Audrey Sayers; his brother-in-law Robert Sayers; and his grandson Scott Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Sandra Jones, Lori Stone (Michael) and Derek Mayhew; his grandchildren, Abigail Jones (Wyatt) and Ryan Stone; his brothers, Kenneth Mayhew (Catherine), Eric Mayhew (Frances) and Eugene Mayhew (Carol); and his in-laws, Robert Eastburn (Lia), Betty Ann Nesci (Dominic) and Ronald Eastburn (Pamela). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
