With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Amanda Tara DeGennaro (Pennsville, New Jersey), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 25, 2024 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Bauer and Constance Bauer; and her son Daniel DeGennaro. She is survived by: her husband Matthew DeGennaro; her sons, Joseph DeGennaro (Briley) and Jonathan DeGennaro; her sisters, Brenda Bauer-Sconti and Joleen Bauer (Leo); her niece Alexa; and her nephews, Antonio, Declan and Micah.

We ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) for which she so passionately championed.
