He is survived by: his wife Rosanne; his daughters, Amy Giardina (Scott) and Christi Wood; his stepchildren, Chaz Frank (Catherine) and Mary Frank; his grandchildren, Morgan, Cameron and Isabella; his sister Kimberly Farmen (Thomas); and his nephews, Tyler and Trevior Farmen.
