He was predeceased by: his parent Walter Tuttle. He is survived by: his spouse Ethel (Hummel); his parent Topsey Tuttle; his children, Teresa Ingram (Richard), Gerri-Lynn Ferroni (Robert), Diana Lubitz (Wayne), William W. Tuttle (Kasey), James Ford (Fawn), Michael Ford, Janet Wintters and Amy Kirlin; and his siblings, Topsey Bon Vardo, Alton Tuttle, Laura Tuttle, Joan Williams and Patricia Hayes. He is also survived by 14 other grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
