He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Tracy Flythe (Mark), Thomas Flythe III (Jenny), Carrie Flythe and Jana Flythe; and his grandchildren, Annalise, Andre, Francesca, Mateus, Noah, Isaiah, Joseph, Micah, Kelly and Kerrigan. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
