He is survived by: his wife Sara; his children, Alexis Melendez, Joyce Rancani (Ryan), Diana Villec (Steven), Luis Melendez (Glorieli), Jazmin Cosme (Omar) and Jordan Melendez; and his stepchildren, Jocelyn Jackson (Robert), Jesenia Pagan and Rene Becerril. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
