She was predeceased by: her parent Helen Malkowski. She is survived by: her parent Sigmund Malkowski; her husband Frank; her siblings, Theresa Fortunak (Joe), Bob Malkowski (Kathy) and Jim Malkowski (Beth); and her sister-in-law Peggy Murphy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
