She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Richmond and Kenneth Richmond; her husband John P McCreedy Jr.; and her siblings, Raymond Dillon, William Dillon III, Jack Dillon and Carolyn Smrkovsky.
She is survived by: her daughter Wendy Mattingly (Michael); her grandsons, Anthony Garzia Jr. (Valeri) and Nicholas Dickinson; her stepgrandchildren, Michael Mattingly Jr. (Juanita), Kyle Mattingly (Melody) and Allison Vaughan (Phil); her great grandchildren, Vienna, Dominic Garzia, Jocelynn, Annalee, Hazel Mattingly and Levi Vaughan; and her siblings, Mary Sylvester (Bill), Nancy Mendoza (Ralph DelBuono) and Kenny Richmond.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor her life can donate in Sarah's name to Samaritan Hospice.
