He was predeceased by: his sibling WIlliam. He is survived by: his children, Donna Carlin (Paul), Samuel M. Jr. and Angela Gallicchio (Steven); his grandchildren, Katie, Sean, Ryan, Santo, Giovanni, John Peter, Isabella and Sophia; and also John Loperfido. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters in law and nieces and nephews.
