He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Randi (Greg) of Somerdale, Rachel Collingswood (Brian) and Rebecca (Bret) of Portland, OR.; his mother Dorothy of Maple Shade; and his brother Michael of Maple Shade.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions social distancing will be in place and face masks are required to enter the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the American Heart Association or Cancer Research Institute.
