He was predeceased by: his parents, Murl Tuvell and Anna Mae Tuvell. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Tuvell; his children, Richard Tuvell (Tammy), James Tuvell (Lisa) and Betsy Tuvell; his sister Carol Ann Ensign; and his grandchildren, Zachary, James, Jadyn, Sophia and Tristin.
