He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew H. Tippin and Agnes M. Tippin (Alexenberg). He is survived by: his son Anthony Raymond Tippin; his sister Mary Fitzpatrick; his nieces, Katie Dickerson (Eric) and Megan Fitzpatrick; and his nephew David Fitzpatrick (Brittany). He is also survived by five great nieces and nephews.
