He is survived by: his wife Ana Santiago; his sons, Rafael Santiago, Jr. and Vincent Santiago; and his siblings, Edwin Santiago, Audalina Ruiz, Fedora Ibbarondo, Amelia Santiago and Rosemary Olive. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
