She is survived by: her brothers, Fred Harold (Linda) and DeSteffinoa Goodwin (Thais); and her children, Glen Carter (Jonnella), Robin Odems, Deborah Eley (Blaine), Michael Carter (Lynnette), Lavonne Coleman and Christopher Carter (Evelyn). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and caring friends.
