He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Morgan and Georjean Morgan; his brothers, Newt and Earl; and his son Kenneth Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Denise Wallace, Karen Morgan, Beth Zimmerman (Scott) and Philip Morgan, Jr. (Gail); his siblings, Reta Benensky and David Morgan; his grandchildren, Steven Wallace (Carolyn), James Wallace (Shannon), Jennifer Bremer (Michael), Ben Zimmerman, Jessica Rutkowsky, Christian Morgan, Madison Morgan and Sydney Zimmerman; and his great grandchildren, Jayne, Evan, Audrey, Alex and Nathaniel.
