She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Richmond; her children, Raymond Dillon, William Dillon III, Jack Dillon and Carolyn Smrkovsky; her grandsons, Douglas Dillon and Jason Smrkovsky; and her brothers, William "Bud" Muchler Jr., Frank Muchler and Paul Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Sylvester (Bill), Sarah McCreedy, Nancy Mendoza (Ralph DelBuono) and Kenneth Richmond; and her brother Fred Muchler. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor her life can make a donation in Mildred's memory to the American Heart Association.
