She is survived by: her children, Sue Slotterback (Jerry) and Hugh (Patty); her granddaughter CariAnne Slotterback; her grandson-in-law George Henry II (Mary Ellen); her great grandchildren, George Henry III (Stephenie) and Felicia Henry; her great great grandchildren, George Henry IV, Lucian and Reilly Ann; and her cousins, Barry Toms (Kay) and Donna Walter Banner (Richard).
