With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Madeline R. Disantis (Pennsauken, New Jersey), who passed away on July 9, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her spouse Dominic L. Sr; her children, Teresa Cifelli (Alexander) and Dominic L. Jr. (Debra); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Vincent, Dominic, Natalie and Ashley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Rita's Church, 1166 S. Broad St Philadelphia, PA 19146.
