He is survived by: his wife Juana; his children, Maria Marte (Pablo Tavarez), Ramon Marte, Nicio Marte (Maria Teresa), Marilin Marte (Edwin Aponte) and Claribel Marte; and his sibling Casimiro Marte. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
