He is survived by: his children, James G. Bannigan, Kathleen Wood, Kimberly DeMarco, Sheila Tagland, Kevin Bannigan and Karen Griffiths. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren; his 7 great grandchildren; 2 brothers; 4 sisters as well as many nieces and nephews.
