He was predeceased by: his wife Constance "Connie". He is survived by: his sons, Scott Avery (Tracy), Craig Avery (Kelly) and Todd Avery; his grandchildren, Kiersten, CJ, Alex, Caden, Joshua and Savannah; his sister Joy Connelly (Willy); and also Debbie Imbusch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & friends.
