He was predeceased by: his wife Nilda; and his brother Wilfred Arce. He is survived by: his children, Hector L. Arce II (Lourdes), Tiffany M. Santana (late William) and Christopher Arce (Melissa); his grandchildren, William, Enrico, Daysean, Ashley, Ciara and Laianna; and his siblings, Carmen, Wilda and Juan. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
