He was predeceased by: his spouse Maureen; and his child Robert Lee Sulligan. He is survived by: his children, Dawn Sulligan (Michael Baker) and George J. Sulligan, IV (Meagan); his stepchildren, Donna Ashworth and Mary Carney; his grandchildren, Joseph, Marc, Angelique, Jocelyn, Maya, Bonnie, Carlee Grace, Donovan, Gavin, Katelyn and Sean; his siblings, Maureen Moyer (Gary) and Jacqueline A. DeHart (David); and his nieces, Danielle Johnson (Rob) and Davina DeHart.
