He is survived by: his wife Iris M.; his children, Pam Little, Edward Royster, Jr. (Helene), Anita Brown (Michael), Geanna Royster and Quiessence Giles (Isaiah); his grandchildren, Amir, Ciara, Kia, Zion, Zach, Dymir, Deja, Saalih, Siraaj, Sabeeya, Sayyid, Zuri, Milton, Nagia, Rasheed, Tyshara, Khiree, Charles, Brynell, William, Dashawn, Brittany and Alice; his great grandchildren, Amar and Amaya Graham; his siblings, Marva Butts (Thomas), Louise Raleigh (Howard), Ronnie Royster and Angela Dyer; and his siblings-in-law, Hector Nieves (Grisel), Nydia Guzman (Ralph) and Eddie Nieves. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
