She was predeceased by: her father Charles Selby; her husband Charles Andrew Mebs, Sr.; and her brother Charles. She is survived by: her children, Charles (Patricia) of Milton, FL, Constance Whitman (William) of Turnersville, NJ and Edward (Doris); and her siblings, Frederick (Judith) of Gilbertsville, KY, Estella and Walter. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathy's honor are requested to her great-granddaughter Ashlyn's school and her special needs classroom.
