He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel Bethea and Dolores Bethea; his spouse Meredith A.; his children, Dontez (Tiara), Darnell (Danielle), Darren (Kaia), Justin (Melissa), Shawn and Mikayla; his grandchildren, DJ, Payton, Isaiah, Chanel and JJ; and his brothers, Greg (Stephanie), Mike, Corey (Sherean), Jeffrey and Rodney.
