She was predeceased by: her significant other George B Santucci; her stepfather Edward McCurdy; and her parents, Gertrude McCurdy (Upchurch) and Frank Oliver Castle, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Montagna (Santucci); her son-in-law Jay "Jay Bird" Montagna; her son Tomaso Santucci; her grandsons, Brandon Montagna, Gabriel Montagna and Logan Santucci; her sister Carol James (Albert); and her stepsiblings, Frank Castle Jr., Lonzie Castle, Gary D Castle, Diane Jacobs and Debbie Castle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
