He was predeceased by: his father Antonio Diaz. He is survived by: his mother Myrna Morales; his close friend Dina Derenzis; his children, Vanessa, Jose, Jas, Priscilla, Janay, Joi and Tyree; and his siblings, Madeline Moore, Mara Diaz and Shelia Diaz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
