He is survived by: his parents, Gardner Sr. and Mary Jamison (Tasman); his nephew Raymond Bolden Jr.; his wife Boonjun; his nephews, Daniel Bolden (Heather) and Jonathan Bolden (Kelsey); and his niece Elaine Donelson (Glen). He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers the family has suggested that donations can be sent to Ranch Hope or Mid-Atlantic States Career and Education Center.
