She was predeceased by: her father Costa C. Burpulis. She is survived by: her mother Maria C. Burpulis; her brother Stamatis "Sam" Burpulis; her children, Christopher Hann (Amber) and Maria Brown (Sean); and her grandchildren, Trevor, Tyler, Logan, Elena and Peyton. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Jeannie requested donations to be made to the Salem County Humane Society or the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Wilmington, DE.
