She was predeceased by: her husband Howard T. Handy (Ted); and her daughter-in-law Annette Simmerman (Patton). She is survived by: her children, Delsea Schaffer (David), Leanne Zilinski (late Walter Zilinski), Trobie Thompson (Tommy) and Allen Handy (Sharon). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 3 nieces, and 1 nephew.
