She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stephen Andrew Kochis and Rose Mary Strycek; her former husband Joseph Stephen Comorat; her husband Homer H. Pepper of Selbyville; her children, Joseph Comorat (Gail) of Lewes, Delaware, Elsie Durland (George) of Potomac, Maryland, Mary Chaffinch (Ronald) of Seaford, Stephanie Thomas (David) of Emporia, Virginia and Susan Comorat of Seaford; her stepdaughters, Jeanne Pepper Moore and Elizabeth Pepper McCabe; her sister Eleanor Kochis Kaczor of Tom's River; her grandchildren, Stephanie Comorat, Karen Durland, Dawn Diamond, David Thomas, Eric Durland, Steven Comorat, Greg Thomas and Christa Chaffinch; and her great grandchildren, Amanda Thomas, Ashley Thomas, Brennan Diamond, Ethan Diamond, Edward Durland, Nathan Durland, Norah Braun, Kody Christtaldi, Haley Comorat and Wyatt Comorat.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 21, 2021 at 11:00 a. m. at Our Lady of Lourdes R. C. Church for family only due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
