He is survived by: his daughter Joan A. Ziegler; his son-in-law Todd J. Plathe; his son Kevin Ziegler; his grandchildren, Tayler R. Boitnott (Stefen), Joshua A. Ziegler and Ryan C. Ziegler; his siblings, Bobbie (Fern), Barry Fritz, Diane Rothrock (Randy) and Virginia "Ginny" Gollie (Paul); and his sister-in-law Joan Fritz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family requests that donations in Wayne's memory be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
