She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Martenak; her brother-in-law Robert Martenak; and her sisters, Barbara Skarzynski and Jeanne Polinski. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Maryann Martenak of Monroe Township, NJ; her sons, Dan (Janet Martenak), Tom (Colleen Martenak) and Jack (Karen Martenak); and her grandchildren, Lindsay, Allison, Corinne, Jon and Michael. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Barnegat Funeral Home (841 W Bay Ave, Barnegat Township, NJ 08005). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Mary's Church (747 W Bay Ave, Barnegat, NJ 08005).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the St. Vincent Depaul Food Pantry at St. Mary's Church in Barnegat.
