She was predeceased by: her parents, John Haggerty and Verna Haggerty; and her former husband Dr. William C. Penney. She is survived by: her children, Erin Penney of Hamilton Twp and Kurt Penney (Wendy); and her granddaughter Juliana of Pennington.
