She was predeceased by: her husband John E. Smith. She is survived by: her son J. Jay Smith (Mark L. Williams) of Trenton; and her nieces, Deborah Scalise of Pittsburgh, PA and Cheryl Harris (Douglas) of Morristown, OH.
