He is survived by: his wife Christine Jobst-Phillips; his children, Brianna Jobst, Amanda Phillips, Ryan Phillips and Adrianna Phillips; his parents-in-law, Linda Jobst and Robert Jobst; his sister-in-law Valeria Morgan; his nephew Ethan Morgan; his niece Amber Morgan; his great-nephew Bryan Mitchell; his uncle Kenneth Sochalski; his sister Jessica Ricketts; his brother-in-law Ricardo Ricketts; his nieces and nephews, Kayla, Korin and Destiny; his brother Joseph Phillips; and also, Shannon Phillips, Damien and Emilia.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the West Trenton Fire House (40 W Upper Ferry Rd, Ewing Township, NJ 08628).
